Many of his music and sound related writings appeared on national and international Audiophile and Cinephile magazines. As an actor he appeared in more than 15 Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam movies. He has also been a celebrity guest on various television shows. He has a passion for high fidelity audio and video systems and elegantly designed interiors. He has been designing Home Studios, Home Theaters, HiFi Music Systems, Music Rooms and Home interiors for 20 years. His clients include musicians, singers, film personalities and business people.

Shaji’s design aesthetic is a modernized classicism primarily influenced by music and impressionistic art. Contemporary thinking based upon classic aesthetics and minimalism are his forte. Drawing from his experience working in furniture and furnishing industry in his formative years, Shaji designs unique and custom-made furniture suitable for each space.
